150% Capacity Limit

The NCHA National Regulations provides that a Participating Site may elect to decline to commence accepting cash letters from additional sending banks not already sending to it if during the preceding two months the receiving bank's incoming volume from other Sites exceeds its outgoing volume to other Sites by 50% or more.

Participating Sites that have invoked this rule are identified on the below report. If there is an alternate Participating Site for that local clearing house, it will be noted on the report.
