NCHA also provides a hotline at 1-866-999-0916 of a recorded message with information related to a disaster situation. Notification of check processing site closures as a result of a disaster and major transportation disruptions are examples of information that may be obtained through the recorded message hotline.Please see below, a direct link to the Federal Reserve Bank's Check Relay Transportation Site that may be used for obtaining announcements released by the Federal Reserve Bank during a disaster situation.
